Garry joined CB Richard Ellis in 1993 as part of a new ownership/management team to represent the company in Alberta. Since that time, CB Richard Ellis has increased its staffing in Calgary to over 100 personnel, with over 30 sales professionals. The office also offers appraisal services, asset and property management and development services. An Edmonton office was opened in early 1995 and now has over 25 personnel with 15 sales professionals who are active in all areas of the business.

At this time, CB Richard Ellis is the largest commercial real estate broker in Alberta by most measures, including number of brokers and volume of business transacted.

Garry is the senior member of the CB Richard Ellis National Investment Team - Calgary. The group is the most active investment team in the Calgary market.
