Professional Experience

Ken Westhaver joined CB Richard Ellis early in 2000, as part of a strategy to compliment the brokerage services already provided by CB Richard Ellis.  He is an urban planner and has extensive land development experience.  In providing land development and planning related services, CB Richard Ellis can provide a value added component to the services already available to its clients.
 
For the 12 years prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Ken worked with The City of Calgary and as a result has an indepth understanding of the planning approval process as well as overall city policy.
