Grant joined CB Richard Ellis in March of 2000. As a member of the National Investment Team Edmonton, he specializes in the sale of investment properties and coordinates the sales process from underwriting through closing.
    
Since joining CB Richard Ellis, Grant has been involved in the sale of over $3 Billion worth of investment properties in the Edmonton market. 

The National Investment Team - Edmonton has consistently been the leader in their market and was awarded the CB Richard Ellis Richard A. Pogue award for Top Team in Canada for both 2006 and 2007
