Professional Experience

Paul is a Senior Vice President of CB Richard Ellis Limited and a member of the National Apartment Group - Edmonton.  The team includes Ray Townsend and Bradley Gingerich; each are industry recognized, award winning top producers.  In 2007 they were in the Top Ten Producers for all of CBRE in Canada.  Their team specializes in commercial property acquisition, disposition, evaluation and consulting.  In addition to the acquistion and disposition of several thousand apartment units, they have worked closely with developers purchasing key residential locations throughout Edmonton, Northern Alberta and Northeastern B.C. to date, our developer clients have added approximately 3,500 residential rental and 1,000 condo units to the market.  Paul and his colleagues have facilited the sale of of over $2 Billion worth of residential real estate.  

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Paul was with Knowlton Realty Ltd. in Calgary for 2 years and a local Calgary based Real Estate Company for 3 years.  For ten years he owned and operated his own real estate firm in Calgary.  With 35 years experience in real estate sales, he has always specialized in multi-family sales and has sold hundreds of Alberta properties to regional, national and international investors.
