National Investment Team- Edmonton (NIT - Edmonton) offers its clients six experienced professionals with a wide range of competencies. Our combined level of experience is over 115 years and encompasses a total sales volume in excess of $2,000,000,000.00 since 1995. NIT-Edmonton's experience includes major transactions in office, retail, industrial and multi-family properties in the Edmonton and Calgary market(s), as well as experience in multi-market portfolios in conjunction with other CB Richard Ellis offices.

Our team is run as a partnership with all members sharing commissions on a pre-determined annual basis. Our group maintains a common database of clients and works together to ensure maximum co-operation on all assignments. This formula increases communication and synergy, which benefits both sides of the transaction. We sit in an open office environment facilitating the sharing of information. We meet weekly to review all listings and share market intelligence.

With ten professionals actively involved in the leasing of industrial, retail, downtown and suburban office space, as well as an in-house research department, NIT-Edmonton has access to the best data on new supply, demand and vacancy in the city.
