Gurch Ollek was appointed Senior Vice President in 2008 in recognition of his high level of service performance for clients. Gurch has been one of the top five sales professionals in the Vancouver office for twelve of the last fifteen years and one of the top twelve sales professionals in Canada for eight of the last fifteen years. Gurch is recognized as one of the senior industrial brokers in the Vancouver area and has been the top Industrial broker in the Vancouver office for the last 15 years.

Gurch began his career in commercial real estate with Canada Permanent after graduating from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Urban Land Economics. Gurch joined CB Richard Ellis Limited in February 1985. Since then, Gurch has specialized in industrial and development properties and has been involved in some of Vancouver’s largest industrial transactions.
