TransCanada Centre is a joint venture between Claudio Grubner and Co-operators  Development Corporation.

Claudio Grubner was the original owner/developer of the entire Gloucester Estates park, a master planned development of over 650 acres. The original site comprised over 2000 acres and was purchased by Mr. Grubner in 1973. In 1989 Co-operators became Mr. Grubner’s partner at Gloucester Estates. Mr. Grubner still has significant holding at Gloucester Estates comprising both land and buildings.

This partnership not only will provide economic stability but indepth knowledge and experience in managing and operating this first class development.
