Professional Experience

Derrick Chartier joined Chartier & Associates Inc. in 1987 as a commercial realtor.  In 2002, Derrick played an instrumental role in implementing the long term licencing agreement between Chartier & Associates Inc. and CB Richard Ellis Ltd. and was appointed President of the Winnipeg office.  Derrick is part of the CB Richard Ellis Retail Team and the National Investment Team and the Retail Team in Winnipeg.  Derrick has an extensive commercial real estate background, specializing in retail and investment sales, leasing, and consulting transactions across Manitoba and Saskatchewan throughout his career.
