The New Brunswick office, established in January 2003, complements the geographical reach of the CBRE network of Canadian Offices. It is located in the central business district of Saint John. The office handles transactions throughout New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, including the major cities of Saint John, Moncton, Fredericton and Charlottetown, ensuring professional market knowledge and client service throughout this region.

The office is also home to the Atlantic Canada Leasing Team, providing tenant and landlord representation for office, industrial and commercial leasing throughout all of Atlantic Canada. This area of Canada is known for its cost effective solutions for contact centres, help desks and IT firms. The team has significant experience in these industries.
