Paul Moore leads a team of leasing specialists focusing on retail, office and industrial properties across Atlantic Canada.  In addition, he is responsible for the overall management and direction of the operations in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.

Professional Experience

Paul has over 15 years of diversified experience in the real estate industry.
While owning and operating his own brokerage firm in Saint John, he earned a reputation for his successes in office, industrial and retail leasing and brokerage.  He has a strong background in contact/call center transactions.

He has developed and managed the major downtown projects in the three main cities in New Brunswick and been responsible for the financing of the largest mixed use projects in New Brunswick.  He has a sound understanding of managing and brokering multi-residential and hotel properties.
