Gary MacKenzie is an Associate Broker and Senior Sales Associate with CB Richard Ellis. Working in the real estate industry since 1996, his experience has been gained through the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties for both regional and national property management firms, and from 2002 through to 2005, he was Director of Leasing with Roycom Inc. a real estate advisory firm for private and pension fund allocations.

While Gary’s primary focus is Industrial and Retail Leasing and Sales, he also manages other advisory files and acquisitions or disposals based on his client’s needs.  Gary has developed an extensive knowledge of the Atlantic Canadian market which allows him to provide a suite of services.
