The CB Richard Ellis office in London, Ontario is situated in the core of the city, only a short distance away from all major office towers, the London Convention Centre, core area shopping and restaurants, as well as London City Hall.  The office is situated at the intersection of Richmond Street and Dufferin Avenue. 

Within the London office, there are 16 sales professionals, 3 financial service professionals, and 5 support staff.  In addition, within the Valuation and Advisory Services Group there is one accredited appraiser and one financial analyst. 

In April of 2009, the London office expanded to welcome a Project Management Team from CB Richard Ellis Global Corporate Services, adding 4 Project Managers, 2 Project Coordinator, 2 additional support staff and limitless opportunities for partnership and knowledge sharing.
