Quintin Colaiacovo joined the CB Richard Ellis team in May of 2008. A native of Ottawa, he assumed the role of Market Research Analyst for the National Capital Area supplying statistical information and market analysis for all local sales professionals, as well as CBRE’s National Research Clients.

Mr. Colaiacovo has since then transitioned from research and has partnered with Vice President and co-founder of CBRE Ottawa – Ian Shackell. Quintin has been responsible for facilitating lease transactions in Industrial, Retail and Office markets, as well as assisting in the various researching and analytical projects.

Quintin attained his real estate sales license from the Real Estate Council of Ontario in December of 2008, and is now a fully licensed member of RECO
