The Challenge 
Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment Ltd, was interested in disposing of Maple Leaf Gardens, a significant landmark in the heart of downtown Toronto. This property was a designated heritage property with numerous Vendor required encumbrances.
 
 
The Solution 
The design and execution of a highly visible disposition process led to the selection of a unique proponent. The new company was willing to work within the constraints imposed by the Vendor and the City of Toronto to deliver a creative and energetic residential product.
