The Challenge 
Sun Life Financial found a unique challenge in leasing the executive space located on the top two floors of its head office building at 150 King Street West. The build-outs for the space were on the high-end of what was marketable for typical office use. The space maintained a high profile status due to the nature of the space’s use as home to Sun Life’s chairman and senior officers.
