The Georgian Group had been trying to lease their property located at 580 Granite Court in Pickering for a long period of time. High price expectations and a limited market previously prevented the sale.

CB Richard Ellis marketed the property to identify a purchaser who would greatly benefit from this acquisition. After numerous discussions, CB Richard Ellis presented the opportunity to Purdue Pharmacy, which convinced them to move toward an aggressive campaign to acquire the property.
