Professional Experience

John O’Bryan is Vice Chairman of CBRE Limited.  He is a member of the Canadian Board of Directors and Canadian Executive Management Committee. 

Mr. O’Bryan has spent over 30 years in the appraisal and sales areas of the commercial real estate industry.  He has sold in excess of $6 billion worth of commercial real estate across Canada and has negotiated over 3 million square feet of leases for companies including Shoppers Drug Mart, Torys and Canadian Tire.
