Margot Friedman is Senior Vice President, Strategic Projects at CB Richard Ellis Limited. In addition to heading up national Corporate Communications, Marketing and Web initiatives, Margot is involved in a diverse set of high-level, strategic corporate initiatives across the national platform.

Margot began her career with CB Richard Ellis Limited in 1986 as a sales professional.  In 1988 she joined Tricont Projects Limited as Vice President of Marketing and Leasing and focused on the development and management of commercial/industrial real estate throughout Southern Ontario.  In 1995 she rejoined CB Richard Ellis and helped establish the Ontario Asset Services division of the company.  In March of 2000, Margot turned her attention to eBusiness and worked on the development of the CB Richard Ellis Canadian web initiative.  In September of 2000, she became National Director, Corporate Communications and took responsibility for the company’s marketing, web and events disciplines.  Since then, her role has grown and evolved into her current position.
