Professional Experience

Mark Veilleux has specialized in downtown and midtown Toronto retail leasing and investment sales for over 20 years, 18 of which have been with CBRE Limited. He has successfully completed hundreds of retail, restaurant and entertainment leasing transactions in Metro Toronto, Ottawa, Kitchener/Waterloo, as well as a host of investment deals primarily relating to retail driven projects. He has been involved in the sale of several significant downtown land and building sales transactions and has been particularly active along the Yonge Street corridor and Downtown East and West.

He has been a pioneer in the development of the "Entertainment District" and has leased many of the major theme restaurants and bars in the Downtown West area. Mark was on the Board of Directors of T.E.D.A. (Toronto Entertainment District Association) as well as a key member of the Government Affairs & Planning Committee for many years.

Mark has focused primarily on "Landlord Services", listing and leasing retail developments, stand-alone buildings, retail condos and street front retail. He has worked on assignments with major retail tenants across central and eastern Ontario; helping them implement real estate strategies in disposing of properties or acquiring key locations.
