Rick brings a unique perspective to CB Richard Ellis with his broad spectrum of involvement in residential, retail, office and hotel development, leasing and management in Toronto, Western Canada and the United States.

Rick joined CBRE in 1988 and focuses on investment and development opportunities in the Toronto area including residential and commercial development sites, residential and commercial conversion properties, income-producing properties and owner/ user buildings.
