Ricky Hernden joined CB Richard Ellis in 2008 and has since been providing information and analysis of the Canadian commercial real estate market. He is responsible for the creation of National Market Reports and oversees the completion of local market reports and client presentations. Ricky has helped to expand the national retail research platform and his other areas of specialization include the national multi-residential market and the generation of statistics and reports specific to the Toronto industrial market.  

Ricky holds a degree from Queen’s University in Geography and History, and he completed a Master’s of Science in Planning at the University of Toronto. His research focused on cost effective ways of mitigating the effects of climate change by altering the existing urban fabric.
