Roelof van Dijk joined CB Richard Ellis Limited as the National Senior Research Analyst. His role includes managing the national market statistics and overseeing the creation, production and publication of the National Market Reports. He also coordinates and oversees the completion of the local market reports and statistics across Canada.

As part of the National Research Team, Roelof is integral to the CBRE/Torto Wheaton Research Canadian joint initiative.  He is responsible for providing market data for this initiative, along with market insight and support to the Boston based econometric forecasting team.

Roelof began his career in the Financial Services industry in 2000 and worked as an Analyst with ING Group prior to shifting his career focus to Real Estate.  Roelof has spent the majority of his career working in Planning and Project Management positions with a Greater Toronto Area land development firm and the City of Toronto.  In these positions he has participated in all aspects of the planning approval process.

Roelof brings with him the knowledge and experience he gained as a Project Manager in a specialist land development firm where he participated in projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area.  There he was involved in planning policy analysis, pro forma analysis, as well as highly politically charged residential land development projects.
