Professional Experience

Roman joined CB Richard Ellis' National Investment Team in 2004.  With over 17 years of real estate experience, Roman brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team including: evaluating income producing, development and redevelopment assets. Currently focusing on valuation of large complex office and retail properties, Mr Pryjma has assisted his team close over $1.7 billion in transactions.

Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Roman was with Brookfield Properties for 6 years and prior to this, with a leading financial services company for 10 years, whose real estate portfolio was worth in excess of $1 billion.
