Roles & Responsibilities

Stefan Ciotlos is the President of CB Richard Ellis Limited. As President, Stefan is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Canadian company and along with his management colleagues, the formulation and execution of overall corporate strategy.

Professional Experience

Stefan began his career with CB Richard Ellis as a summer student in 1986 and over the past 22 years has held a variety of posts of increasing responsibility including, Director of Research, Sales Professional, Sales Manager, Managing Director of the Toronto North office and Regional Manager for Ontario and Eastern Canada.  He is the leader of the Canadian Executive Management Committee, the Canadian Board of Directors and sits on the Americas Operations Management Board.

Achievements

Stefan was among the Top 10 brokers in Canada during his brokerage career.  In 2000, he qualified for the World Recognition Conference as a top producer in the Global organization.  In 2004, CB Richard Ellis recognized the Toronto Management Team for the "Best Year Over Year Performance" of a large market brokerage operation anywhere in the Americas
