The National Investment Team, Toronto, is made up of eleven professionals that handle the major institutional accounts and higher profile investment transactions for CB Richard Ellis. The team runs a balanced book of business between office, industrial, retail and land and includes chartered financial analysts, former bankers and asset managers that bring a high level of technical expertise to major real estate assignments.  The team has excellent relationships with most active buyers and sellers in the market, having executed in excess of five and a half billion ($5.5 B) in sales in the last 5 years.
