With 19 years of Investment Sales experience Peter has completed more than $14 billion in sales of high profile real estate transactions across Canada and the US.  He is the leader of the National Investment Team - Toronto.  The team runs a balanced book of business between office, industrial, retail and land.  Peter has raised equity for numerous clients, monetized entire companies and is able to help implement growth and strategic initiatives for all real estate situations.  For the past 6 years, Peter has consistently been CB Richard Ellis’ top producing professional in Canada.

Jaysen Smalley, CFA
Associate Vice President
Jaysen joined CB Richard Ellis in October 2002 as a member of the Toronto National Investment Team. Since joining CBRE, Jaysen has worked on over $5 billion in real estate transactions in all asset classes across Canada, with a focus on large portfolio transactions.  Prior to joining CBRE, Jaysen worked in the investment banking industry with both private and public companies in diversified markets. Jaysen has over five years of experience working on complex equity, debt financing and strategic mandates including business valuations and divestitures.  Jaysen holds a degree from the University of British Columbia in Commerce and is a CFA Charterholder.

Hillel Abergel
Vice President
Hillel Abergel joins the National Investment Team in Toronto as Vice President and brings with him a diverse skill set and more than $3 billion of real estate transaction experience across all asset classes. Hillel’s proficiency in asset underwriting, marketing and transaction execution has been developed in a variety of client-focused positions since 2004

Casey Gallagher
Sales Associate
Casey joined the National Investment Team - Toronto in April of 2004 and is responsible for underwriting assets, evaluating market data, report writing, and new business development.  Prior to joining the National Investment Team - Toronto Casey worked in the research department at CB Richard Ellis.  A graduate of Acadia University, Casey was a Development Officer for a not-for-profit charitable organization before entering the real estate industry.

Roman Pryjma
Director of Financial Analysis
Roman joined CB Richard Ellis in 2004.  He has over 17 years of real estate experience, specialising in the valuation of large complex office and retail properties. Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, he worked at major financial institutions with real estate portfolios in excess of $1.0 billion

Audrey Chang
Senior Financial Analyst 
Audrey joined CB Richard Ellis' National Investment Team in 2007.  With over 16 years of real estate experience, Audrey brings a wealth of knowledge and perspective from underwriting income producing properties, facilities management, appraisal, and financial modeling experience.

Matthew Brown
Sales Representative
Matthew's contribution to NIT-Toronto has helped closed a book of business totaling over $5.0 billion since joining.

Krista E. Reardon
Investment Team Coordinator 
Krista joined CB Richard Ellis and the Toronto, National Investment Team in December 2005 where she works directly with Peter Senst.  Krista graduated with a degree from the University of Western Ontario.
