Paul has been involved in transactions totalling in excess of 1 million square feet during his career. He has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience and has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Professional Experience

Paul started his professional career in 1973 with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell and Co. (now KPMG). Paul attained his C.P.A. accreditation in Detroit, Michigan, gaining 3 years of audit experience and 4 years of corporate tax experience. In 1981, Paul joined Royal LePage and was with the company until 1997.

Prior to joining the sales force, Paul held a series of staff positions at Royal LePage, the last being Vice President, Special Projects - Commercial Division.

Paul joined CBRE in November 1997, as Vice President and Sales Manager of the Toronto North Office. He specializes in office leasing and investment sales.
