Welcome to the Toronto West Office of CBRE, one of four offices in the G.T.A. and fifteen offices across Canada.

For over 20 years, the Toronto West office has provided a full range of real estate services to vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants, developers and institutions in the Toronto west market. We have over forty sales professionals in the functional specialties of industrial, office, retail, investment, land and corporate services, working in the communities of Mississauga, Brampton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Hamilton, Brantford, Caledon and West Toronto and beyond. Managing director Andrew Wright works closely with our professionals to provide the highest levels of service to our customers.

To better serve the Burlington, Oakville and Hamilton markets, we opened an Oakville office in 2001 as an extension of the Toronto West office. We have recently expanded this operation and relocated it to Burlington.

The trademark of all CBRE offices is our territory system. The entire Toronto West market area is divided into territories and every professional is accountable to provide current and accurate information on the availability of both land and buildings and historical transactions for the benefit of our company and our clients.

In addition, our "open concept" office layout groups all professionals together by functional specialty. Within the functional specialty, professionals are grouped by neighbourhoods i.e., Mississauga - 8 professionals, Brampton - 5 professionals etc. This ensures excellent communication and provides the most current market information possible for our clients.
