Professional Experience

Ted Overbaugh is an Industrial sales associate with CBRE in the Toronto West office. Ted started his career in 2006 with CBRE in the London, Ontario office concentrating on industrial, retail and land. In 2010, Ted joined one of the top industrial teams in the Greater Toronto Area comprised of John Planeta, Chris Bournakas, Grace Kishander and Jeff Hord.

Ted’s combination of excellent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to provide creative solutions has provided him the ability to differentiate himself during the early stages of his career. Ted has helped further strengthen the Team and CBRE’s presence in the Toronto West market. Ted is currently responsible for maintaining and expanding existing client relationships, generating new business for the Team, and transaction management.
