Welcome to the Waterloo Region office of CB Richard Ellis, one of eight (8) offices serving the Province of Ontario and one of twenty (20) offices in Canada.

For the past thirteen years, the Waterloo Region office has provided a full range of real estate services to vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants, developers and institutions in the Southwestern Ontario market serving the communities of Brantford, Cambridge, Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo and Stratford. This market, encompassing a population base in excess of 500,000 people, ranks in the top three of Canada's metropolitan areas in terms of unemployment, participation and employment rates.

The cornerstone of all CB Richard Ellis offices is our "territory system". The Waterloo Region office is divided into territories whereby every professional is accountable to provide current and accurate information in his or her territory on the availability of both land and building in the functional specialties of industrial, office, retail and investment as well as historical information relating to transactions for the benefit of our clients.

With 24 employees, including 16 Sales Professionals, the Waterloo Region office services the markets of Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Stratford, Cambridge and Brantford.

Peter J. Hall, SIOR, assumed managerial responsibility for the Waterloo Region office in March of 2003 complementing his role as Senior Managing Director of the Toronto West office, a position he has held since 1994. Effective January 1st, 2007, Mr. Hall is now devoting 100% of his time to the Waterloo Region office.
