95 Washburn Drive, Kitchener The Challenge Deloitte & Touche LLP was acting as trustee for the mortgage of a new 68,000 SF industrial building in Kitchener’s Huron Industrial Park. CB Richard Ellis was given the assignment to market the property. The property was vacant and had challenging design issues for typical user buyers. The SolutionCBRE recognized that a viable alternative was to present the building to an investor together with a qualified tenant and a long term tenant agreement.
End ResultCBRE was able to successfully sell the facility to High Park Investments Inc. together with a ten year lease agreement with Arise Technologies Inc. as a tenant.
