The Challenge 
After a thorough analysis of the market, CB Richard Ellis identified several alternatives that met the specific needs of Eastwood Printing.  A tour of suitable locations was arranged. A decision was also made to negotiate an offer to lease on a property through another Real Estate Broker.  Although the location at 169 Riverbend Drive was ideal, the building was 25% larger than what Eastwood Printing required.

The Solution
CB Richard Ellis initiated an aggressive marketing campaign for the additional space and located a tenant. A sublet arrangement was completed for the additional space, creating income for Eastwood Printing.

The End Result
With a tenant secured for the additional space, and an accepted offer negotiated on behalf of Eastwood Printing, they were able to move into their new location.
