The Challenge 
Volvo Motor Graders necessitated the sale of their large, dated facility located at 777 Laurel Street in Cambridge as a key element in their downsizing strategy. Portions of the building had low ceiling height, and the property was located in a residential area.
 
The Solution 
CB Richard Ellis was able to market the property successfully despite its age and condition, by finding a local investor who was willing to take on the existing tenant and vacant space.

The End Result
Volvo was pleased by the fair deal they received, and for the disposal of a facility that was obsolete for their use.
