Hudson Merritt is a Senior Sales Representative in the Waterloo Region office specializing in the Guelph, Ontario market and also is involved with projects in the Kitchener, Cambridge, and Waterloo areas. Mr. Merritt concentrates on industrial, commercial, and investment sales and leasing, with an emerging emphasis on green buildings, adaptive reuse and brownfield projects, and downtown revitalization/densification.

Mr. Merritt has been a successful Sales Representative in the Southwestern Ontario Real Estate market for the past ten years, specializing in industrial/commercial sales and leasing. A native of Guelph, Ontario and an active member in his community, Mr. Merritt has established himself as an excellent resource for his clients in the acquisition and disposition of ICI real estate. He successfully owned and operated a food service distribution company in the Greater Toronto area, prior to pursuing a career in real estate in 1997. Mr. Merritt will now contribute to the growth of CBRE Limited in one of Ontario’s most dynamic and expansive markets with offices located in Kitchener, London and Windsor.
