Nick Holzinger is a Vice President and joined CBRE Limited in 1996 and is a multi residential specialist with the CBRE National Apartment Group, an integrated network of professionals focusing on acquisitions and dispositions of multi residential properties across Canada.   Nick was also one of the founding members of WRAMA the Waterloo Regional Apartment Management Association formed to provide information and support to owners and managers of residential rental properties throughout the Region of Waterloo and surrounding areas.

Nick has over 35 years of experience as a real estate professional and has been involved in some of the most prominent real estate transactions in southwestern Ontario. He has extensive experience in servicing Canadian, American, European and Japanese clients encompassing design/build, industrial properties and investment opportunities.

Before joining CBRE, Nick’s career includes 10 years as a principal partner in a family owned real estate development company. His responsibilities included the project management of over 300 walk-up apartment units and over 200 single family residential homes in the Kitchener Waterloo and Stratford areas.
