Roles and Responsibilities

Peter J. Hall, SIOR, Senior Vice President and Managing Director for the Waterloo Region office, joined the CBRE Limited management team in 1994, managing the Toronto West office for 13.5 years.

Peter has managed the Waterloo Region office since March of 2003, an office of 24, including: 16 professionals, 1 trainee, 3 marketing assistants, and 4 support staff.

Professional Experience

Mr. Hall has been in the real estate industry since 1980 specializing in commercial real estate in both the Toronto West market with J.J. Barnicke and in the Hamilton/Wentworth & Halton Regions as a partner with McCaw Hall Inc. following a ten year period as Chief Executive Officer of a family owned general construction company.

Mr. Hall's embracement of "teaming" back in 1996 with Marketing Assistants supporting top producing professionals proved to be a very successful model for better serving clients. Currently, there are 11 Marketing Assistants in the Toronto West office and 3 in the Waterloo Region office.
