Broccolini Portfolio

The Challenge
Broccolini, a dominant developer and builder in Montreal, wanted to secure a co-ownership partner for a 10-building industrial portfolio totalling 935,000 SF with a passive capital source.

The Solution
The Montreal office represented by Ramsay Lunan Senior Vice President acted as the advisor for the co-ownership provided an opportunity to introduce Broccolini to a series of passive capital sources that could align business interests.  The team of specialists worked diligently with both entities, which would allow Broccolini to maximise its value while maintaining control of its existing portfolio and future development projects.
