GE Grassi Portfolio

The GE Grassi industrial portfolio consists of 930,000 SF of mixed quality industrial facilities. The properties were geographically spread out on the Montreal Island, with most properties located in the St-Laurent industrial park and along the Trans-Canada Highway, with others along Pie-IX Boulevard in Anjou.

The Challenge
To sell as a portfolio despite the diversity of the real estate, the location in different sub-markets and the need to satisfy and report to a split-ownership structure.
