Roles & Responsibilities

Brett Miller is the Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director for CB Richard Ellis Canada. In addition to his responsibilities running the brokerage and financial services operations of 4 offices, Mr. Miller heads up the Investment Properties Team for the region and acts as the senior contact for several of the company’s key corporate accounts at a national level. He runs the Canadian Large Occupier Program and is a member of the Canadian Executive Management Committee.

Professional Experience

Brett Miller joined CB Richard Ellis in late 2001 as Senior Vice President for the Montreal office. In 2005 he was appointed Executive Vice President and Regional Managing Director - Eastern Canada. Under his leadership his division has enjoyed 25% annual growth and has expanded to a staff of over 150 people. Throughout Eastern Canada CB Richard Ellis offers a full service platform catering to both corporate users of real estate and investors. Mr. Miller is frequently involved in large size transactions, ensuring that clients are offered the highest quality service and pertinent strategic advice or analysis.

Prior to joining the company, Brett worked in London England for News Corporation Limited as General Manager of News Commercial Ventures (1999-2001) and in Paris, France as Founder and Président, Directeur Général for Nestor Services (1993-1999). He started his career in Montréal with a large development company Canderel Limited where he held a number of executive roles in all aspects of real estate (1986-1992).
