Mr. Germain Villeneuve is a member of the National Apartment Group for CB Richard Ellis in the Quebec marketplace.  He is active in acquisition, disposition,  valuation, and consulting services.  His in-depth knowledge of the multi-residential marketplace, coupled with his industry expertise, have made him a leader in  this specialized field.  To date, Mr. Villeneuve has closed over $518 million in apartment transactions.

In 2007, Germain Villeneuve completed sales of $85 million of multi-residential properties.  He also hosted the CB Richard Ellis Montreal Apartment Conference in February 2007.  The event was attended by 425 industry professionnals.
