CBRE Announces New GTA Management Plan

Three CBRE brokerage offices in Toronto are set to undergo a leadership transition and physical transformation

Toronto, October 15, 2015 – CBRE Limited, the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, today announced a new management lineup for the company’s three brokerage offices in the Greater Toronto Area This change in leadership marks the start of a transformational year for CBRE in the region.  

“We have three terrific leaders set to run our offices in the GTA. Werner Dietl, Greg Clark and Adrian Lee are innovative, entrepreneurial and have outstanding track records as industry leaders. CBRE’s New GTA Management Team:

  • Werner D​ietl, Managing Director of CBRE’s Toronto Downtown Office and GTA Regional Coordinator 
    After a successful industrial brokerage career and having managed CBRE’s Toronto West Office, Werner brings a wealth of experience to the Toronto Downtown Office. Werner has a passion for innovative real estate solutions and will coordinate CBRE’s business across the GTA.

  • Greg Clark, Managing Director of CBRE’s Toronto West Office 
    Greg is a former industrial broker who successfully managed CB​​RE’s Ottawa business and Toronto North Office. Greg is an enthusiastic leader, coach and mentor, and his industrial expertise is well suited for Canada’s core industrial market.

  • Adrian Lee, Managing Director of CBRE’s Toronto North Office
    Adrian had an illustrious career in office leasing and is the newest member of the CBRE Management Team. He exhibits passion and entrepreneurial drive in his work, and is well respected in the real estate industry. 

    “When I joined CBRE a year ago, it felt like coming home. Now I feel extremely lucky to be leading the skilled team in our Toronto North Office. We are going to deliver world-class real estate services for our clients,” said Lee.

CBRE will implement the GTA Management Plan over the next 45-60 days; however, the significance of the 2015-2016 period is heightened by the company’s plans to physically redesign the three brokerage offices in the GTA.  CBRE’s revamped offices will integrate global best practices as part of a new workplace strategy that maximizes employee collaboration, wellness and productivity through effective space utilization, sustainability, and enhanced flexibility.
