Norm Taylor Returns to CBRE

Industry veteran to manage CBRE’s operations in British Columbia

VANCOUVER, May 7, 2014 – CBRE Limited continues to enhance its Canadian Management Team with top talent. It was announced today that Norm Taylor is returning to CBRE to become Executive Vice President and Managing Director of CBRE’s operations in British Columbia (B.C.), Canada. The leadership position was previously held by Mark Renzoni who was appointed President & Chief Executive Officer of CBRE Limited in January.

Mr. Taylor started his brokerage career at CBRE with a specialization in office leasing and sales. Mr. Taylor built up an impressive track record and has experience in all commercial asset classes. He has worked with a diverse list of corporate clients and has become a respected member of the Vancouver real estate community. This announcement marks a new phase in Mr. Taylor’s career as he transitions from brokerage to a senior management position at CBRE.

Mr. Taylor has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and is affiliated with both the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Urban Development Institute (UDI).
