Daniel Garant has more than 30 years of experience in Montreal’s commercial real estate industry. For the past 10 years, Daniel has specialized as a broker in Investment, Land and Redevelopment Properties. His extensive past experience in architecture, construction, real estate development and financing enables him to provide unique opportunities and perspective in this competitive industry. As such, he has been directly involved in industrial, commercial and residential projects for a total value of over $500M.
He has owned an architectural firm for eight years before getting involved in numerous projects as a developer or client representative. He was involved in the $85M Concordia University’s Science Complex. Moreover, he has represented major institutions and corporations for their relocation, expansion and built-to-suit requirements. These transactions include the NRC’s Biotechnology Research institute extension under an 18-year lease and the Quartier International de Montréal $28.5M underground parking redevelopment under a 60-year underground right agreement.
