Bloorpointe is located at the corner of Parliament Street and Bloor Street East. The 1.78 acre site was approved for a two tower 670,041 square foot mixed-use development with a maximum height of 46 storeys. The site was exceptionally well-located near Rosedale and within walking distance to Yorkville, the Danforth and two subway stations. Located along Bloor Street East, the site benefits from nearby access to the Don Valley Parkway in addition to a large number of parks and trail networks located nearby the site.
   

159 Wellesley Street East | Toronto, ON

Located at the southwest corner of Sherbourne Street and Wellesley Street East, this 0.30 acre site was zoned for almost 250,000 square feet of primarily residential gross floor area. With an approved height of 35 storeys or 116 metres, this development had the potential to drastically change the nature of this underutilized intersection.

The Land Services Group and National Investment Team were retained on an exclusive basis by Infrastructure Ontario to arrange the sale of an outstanding development opportunity situated at 11 and 25 Wellesley Street West and 14, 16, 20 and 26 Breadalbane Street in downtown Toronto. This offering was exceptionally well-located on the south side of Wellesley Street West and strategically positioned between Yonge Street and Bay Street arterials in downtown Toronto.

CBRE Land Services Group was awarded the mandate to manage the disposition of 5.80 acres of high-density residential development land on behalf of a large publicly traded company. This 98.47 acre site in Simcoe was draft plan approved for 477 residential units with a diverse mix of single detached, townhomes and retirement units. Located in the municipality of Adjala-Tosorontio and in close proximity to the Town of Tottenham, this site was well positioned to benefit from the projected rapid population growth in the South Simcoe Region.
 
 
Stanley Greene | Toronto, ON
Stanley Greene is a large neighbourhood on the west side of Downsview Park along Keele Street in North York. This community was designated for development as part of the Downsview Park Secondary Plan, which aimed to master plan a number of communities in and around Downsview Park as part of the redevelopment and intensification of this area. The 12.27 acre block was draft plan approved for 225 townhouse units with a mix of traditional townhomes and stacked townhomes and 23 affordable housing units.
15370 Leslie Street | Aurora, ON
15370 Leslie Street is a 2.3 acre property located to the north of Wellington Street on the west side of Leslie Street in the Town of Aurora. The site was designated Urban Residential 2 in the Aurora Official Plan, which allowed for a range of low and medium density residential uses. The owner had completed substantial due diligence prior to bringing the property to market including environmental studies, engineering, concept plans and a range of other pre-application due diligence.
 
Bridletowne Circle | Toronto, ON
This 1 acre site located northeast of Finch Avenue and Warden Avenue contained a 12,562 square foot retail building with 9 separate units. The property had three vacant units at the time of sale, a net operating income of more than $100,000 and a project stabilized income in excess of $210,000. The site was designated as Apartment Neighbourhoods in the Toronto Official Plan and was surrounded by a number of 20+ storey apartment buildings.

Located at the southwest corner of Torbram Road and Mayfield Road in Brampton, this 45.5 acre site was designated under the Secondary Plan for low-density residential development. With approximately 43.1 acres of developable land, this site was highly sought after by many regional and national homebuilders.
 

 

Keele Street and Highway 407 | Vaughan, ON
This 9.0 acre site was located at the southeast corner of Keele Street and Highway 407 in the City of Vaughan. The site was designated as an Employment Area in the Vaughan Official Plan. The site had excellent local and regional accessibility as a result of its easy and nearby access to Highway 407 East and West making it an ideal site for a range of employment uses.

 

 Highway 404 and Major Mackenzie Drive| Markham, ON
 
This 45 acre site was located in between Highway 404 and the Woodbine By-Pass just to the north of Major MacKenzie Drive East in the City of Markham. The site was draft plan approved for four business park blocks ranging in size from 5.7 to 15.2 acres. With excellent highway access and exposure, in addition to the large workforce located in the surrounding area, this property provided an ideal location for a range of employment uses.
 
 
 6560 Langstaff Road | Vaughan, ON
This 57.5 acre site was located in the City of Vaughan at the northeast corner of Langstaff Road and Huntington Road. The site was located in close proximity to the future Highway 427 extension and had an estimated 42.2 developable acres. Designated as General Employment and Prestige Employment, the site allowed for a range of future employment and industrial uses in this primarily industrial area.
