Michael joined CBRE Limited as an Office Research Analyst in Spring 2011, where he conducted statistical analysis pertaining to Metro Vancouver’s sale and leasing market, quarterly statistics and client support to the Office and Industrial Brokerage teams.
Michael transitioned into brokerage in Summer 2012, joining the Advisor’s team of John Megan and Aaron Ulinder.  Now as a senior member on the Advisors, Michael partners with local, national and international companies to develop tailored solutions to assist with his clients’ evolving real estate needs. No two clients are the same, and Michael prides himself on developing an approach that first understands the business drivers, then identifies the right solution. Applying the practice both locally throughout Metro Vancouver, and on a national and international level via CBRE’s global platform, Michael represents a diverse client mix from Laboratory and Technology based firms to more traditional office users in the Non-For-Profit, Professional Service and Engineering industries.
