The most complicated and technically challenging real estate assignment is an office/research "design build" or "build-to-suit". The design build is literally designing and delivering a custom building from the dirt up. The team has personally completed 19 major design builds for more than 1.7 million square feet of office, biotechnology, research and industrial space. This is a highly specialized skill set few real estate professionals possess.
