Mark Renzoni is the Executive Vice President & Managing Director of CBRE’s Vancouver brokerage operation. With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mark is one of the most seasoned and versatile members of CBRE Limited Canadian Executive Management Team. His roles and responsibilities include the day-to-day management of the firm’s strategic real estate services for clients throughout the Greater Vancouver Area and British Columbia. In addition, Mark acts as a major contributor for the procurement and implementation of new business initiatives on behalf of the office, industrial, retail and investment divisions. The Vancouver office is consistently ranked among the top producing CBRE operations in North America. 

Mark is a member of the CBRE's Canadian Executive Committee and a member of the CBRE US  Western Executive Committee. Prior to joining the Vancouver office, Mark served 8 years as Executive Managing Director for Toronto Downtown brokerage division. Starting his real estate career as a member of CBRE’s Office Leasing Division, he completed many key real estate transactions while working closely with CBRE’s Canadian Offices, major US markets and corporate clients.

Mark is a past president of NAIOP and was actively involved with the establishment of the Naiop Real Estate Excellence Awards, which has become the most prestigious level of recognition within the office and industrial real estate industry.
