Professional Experience

David Yanoshita has been employed in commercial real estate for 22 years and is consistently one of the top five producers in the CBRE London office.
 
David specializes in the acquisition and disposition of income property and land sales.  During the early 1990's his investment activities centred on power of sale type transactions throughout Southwestern Ontario.  From the mid 1990's to present, his activities have focused on conventional investment transactions.  He has acted as a consultant for major institutions and has eight years of planning and development experience.
 
David, with his years of experience, is recognized as an industry leader.  He has assisted both investors and vendors in achieving their goals in sales and acquisition.  David has been involved in over 300 real estate transactions valued in excess of $200 million.
