Ian Cattrysse joined the sales team of CBRE in 2002. Prior to joining CBRE, Ian worked in the telecommunications industry for 4 years in a sales positions for both Bell Canada and AT & T.Ian focuses on office leasing in both downtown and suburban markets as part of London/Windsor Office Specialty Team. Drawing from his past experience, he has had great success at developing and bringing in new business and understanding the local market.Ian is involved with office leasing projects ranging from newly constructed office developments and office conversions to filling vacancies in existing buildings. His marketing activities include direct marketing through mailers, personal telephone calls, and canvassing. Ian is also active with the local Real Estate Brokerage community, the LEDC and the CBRE network of national and international brokers. Ian also provides representation for tenants in their search for new office space and existing lease renegotiations. Providing: comprehensive market searches and site selection; market information including current market deals and landlord inducements; and offer preparation and lease negotiations.
