Professional Experience

Kevin is an Associate Vice President and Associate Broker with CBRE Limited and operates out of the Southwestern Ontario office in London.  Since beginning his real estate career he has been a consistent top performer within the Southwestern Ontario office. 

Kevin began his real estate career in 1983, with the Commercial Division of Canada Trust, which through a series of mergers evolved into CBRE Limited.

Kevin’s area of concentration with CBRE is in the marketing of various types of Investment, Land and Industrial Properties.  Forms of investment properties include apartment/office buildings, large-scale industrial buildings, and plazas.  Investment sales involves analysis of the financial information and the physical characteristics of a property, marketing of the property, and negotiating transactions between Buyer and Seller, as well as aiding in arranging financing.

Kevin's involvement in investment properties was awarded by membership in the National Apartment Group, which specialize in the acquisition and disposition of multi-residential properties across Canada.
